FAQ's
[SOME
TECHNICAL QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS]
Many
bridal couples and their families have questions and concerns
about how the wedding will be taped. Below are some of the
questions we are most often asked, together with information we
hope will be helpful to you when considering video services for
your wedding.
[WHEN
SHOULD WE CONTACT YOU TO RESERVE OUR WEDDING DAY]
As
early as possible for dates fill up quickly. However, even if it
is the last minute, contact us for we may have a cancellation, if
not we will refer you to someone else.
[WHAT
IS YOUR PAYMENT POLICY]
We
require a 40% deposit at the time of booking. The remainder of the
balance is due within 14 calendar days prior to your event. We
accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) as well as
checks and money orders.
[WHEN
WILL MY PRODUCTION BE COMPLETE]
Depending on your selected package and options, delivery of your
production will range between six and ten weeks following the
event. This time is essential to allow proper attention to detail
in your wedding masterpiece.
[WILL
YOU TRAVEL OUT OF TOWN FOR MY EVENT]
Absolutely! We enjoy and look forward to out of town events.
[WHAT
TYPE OF CAMERAS DO YOU USE]
Our events are taped using
professional broadcast quality 3-Chip cameras – the industry
standard for wedding cinema. These cameras produce quality equal
to that of a Hollywood produced DVD movie. Crystal clear images
with vibrant and accurate colors are standard. We also use
fluid-head tripods where appropriate for steady “shake free”
images. Also essential is our significant investment in
professional editing and effects software. With our equipment and
digital editing suite, you will receive a truly professional
production.
[WILL
THE VIDEO IMAGES FADE OVER TIME]
Because
both video and audio information are recorded magnetically,
videotape will last indefinitely
with no loss of quality if it is properly stored.
DVD
has the capability to produce near-studio-quality video and
better-than-CD-quality audio.
DVD
is vastly superior to consumer videotape. If properly stored DVD
will not fade over time.Home
